Mateja \u010cernigoja, univ. dipl. psih.<br>Nadaljevala sem z vsebinami magistrske stopnje psihoterapevtske znanosti ter se vzporedno leta 2018 vpisala v specialisti\u010dni \u0161tudij psihoanaliti\u010dne psihoterapije.<br><br>Sem specializantka psihoanaliti\u010dne psihoterapije pod redno supervizijo, v okviru katere izvajam psihoterapijo v zasebni praksi pod okriljem&nbsp;Ambulante SFU \u2013 Ljubljana. Moje psihoterapevtsko delo je redno supervizirano, pri svojem delu pa sledim tudi eti\u010dnim smernicam&nbsp;Slovenske krovna zveza za psihoterapijo.<br><br>Skozi izobra\u017eevanje sem svoje klini\u010dno razumevanje razvijala znotraj psihosocialne in psihiatri\u010dne prakse. Psihosocialne izku\u0161nje sem pridobivala pri&nbsp;Zveza prijateljev mladine Slovenije&nbsp;&#8211; TOM telefon,&nbsp;Dru\u0161tvu Legebitra&nbsp;ter&nbsp;Rde\u010dem kri\u017eu Slovenije&nbsp;(Mladinsko zdravili\u0161\u010de in letovi\u0161\u010de Debeli rti\u010d), kjer sem delala z otroki, mladostniki, odraslimi in razli\u010dnimi ranljivimi skupinami.<br>Psihiatri\u010dno prakso sem opravljala na&nbsp;In\u0161titut za socialno psihiatrijo in psihotravmatologijo&nbsp;ter v&nbsp;Splo\u0161ni bolni\u0161nici Pula &#8211; oddelek za psihiatrijo.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-accent-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-669513ed wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1da03c2a wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-stretch is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\nSvoje klini\u010dno delo dopolnjujem z vodenjem strokovnih delavnic in skupin. Med drugim sem vodila delavnico o intimnosti v partnerskem odnosu v okviru SiNAPSA \u2013 Slovensko dru\u0161tvo za nevroznanost, podporno skupino za mamice z dojen\u010dki ter delavnice za star\u0161e (Ugla\u0161eno star\u0161evstvo \u2013 upravljanje z neprijetnimi \u010dustvi) in mladostnike na temo \u010dustev, odnosov in samorazumevanja (Ogledalo mene in tebe \u2013 raziskovanje sebe in medsebojnih odnosov).<br><br>Pomemben del mojega strokovnega razvoja predstavlja tudi lastna izku\u0161nja psihoterapevtskega procesa, v okviru katere sem opravila ve\u010d kot 300 ur individualne, partnerske in skupinske psihoterapije. Redno delo na sebi mi omogo\u010da osebno rast ter mi daje dragoceno izku\u0161njo, ki jo prina\u0161am tudi v svoje terapevtsko delo.<br><br>Svoje znanje kontinuirano nadgrajujem na podro\u010djih psihoanalize, razvojne psihologije in odnosnih pristopov.
